Reflecting on your current situation is important to the process of moving forward. The term 'subjective questionnaire' refers to a tool that can assist you in doing this. Many of these tools exist, covering a wide range of conditions, illness and injuries. Essentially, they are a set of questions, specific to a topic that you wish to focus on. An example might be 'back pain', 'sleep', or 'quality of life'.
Answering these questions helps to establish a baseline; a gauge of where you are at, now
Once you have done this, the path forward begins to look a little clearer
By completing these questions again in the future, changes can be tracked over time
This will help you to see if you are progressing and to develop better management strategies
